Everything you need to know before your first class - and after.

Completely. Every session is shaped around you - your pace, your body, your starting point. There is no expectation here, only space to begin. Alina will guide you through everything.

Four paths, one intention. Hatha for grounding and gentle movement. Therapy yoga for deep restoration, postural work and spine care. Vinyasa for dynamic, breath-led flow. Strength Yoga for functional strength and intelligent movement. Each can be tailored within a session to meet what your body needs that day.

Two formats to choose from. Group classes welcome up to seven people - intimate enough that every person receives real attention and personalised cues. Private sessions are 1-on-1 with Alina, shaped entirely around your goals, your body, and your pace. No two private sessions are the same.

Each session lasts 60 minutes.

As a general rule, classes are not held on Danish public holidays. Occasionally the studio may choose to run a class on a public holiday, in which case an alternative day will be taken as a substitute - that substitute day is treated the same as a public holiday and does not count as a membership pause day. If the studio closes for an extended period beyond standard public holidays, memberships will be paused for the additional closure days only.

The studio is open when classes are running - Monday to Thursday 5:30–8pm, Wednesday also 7–8am, Friday 4:30–6pm, and Saturday 9am–12pm. The studio opens 15 minutes before each class and closes 15 minutes after. If you are unsure, reach out before your visit.

Your session includes personalised instruction, complimentary refreshments, and a quiet space to arrive and decompress before and after class. Nothing is rushed.

Just yourself. Mats and props are provided. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Arrive a few minutes early so the session can begin without hurry.
